Spurs will feel they have every chance of getting one over on their neighbours with the absence of probably Arsenal’s two most influential playmakers Odergard & Rice possibly makes things harder for the Gunners but Spurs are not without there injuries as well so both teams have their share of problems which is why I think with both teams having disruption in their preparation for this match that there will be goals in this one with Tottenham taking advantage of Arsenal’s injury problems. WOLVES v NEWCASTLE 4.30 PM The north east giants have had a decent start points wise to the season but the performances could be better have a test against a Wolves side who on their day can be difficult opponents but as yet not pulled up any trees both teams have managers who have been tipped for the England job and will want to enhance that in this game Newcastle will want the three points to even at this early stage stay in touch with the leaders and Wolves need three to get there season up and running. I can see Newcastle getting all 3 points against a misfiring Wolves. ⚽SKY BET CHAMPIONSHIP PORTSMOUTH v WBA 3 PM Pompey have had a tough start to their season and it doesn’t get any easier after their last game against league leaders Sunderland they take on second placed Albion the Fratton faithful will have to have patience and really get behind the team for this one as WBA already look a good bet to go up. Portsmouth have shown in patches in games they can hold their own at this level but need that elusive first win. I don't think it will come in this one but because of home advantage I do expect them to grab a point against a confident WBA. ⚽SCOTTISH PREMIERSHIP DUNDEE UTD v RANGERS 12 PM A game for Rangers that is made difficult by the fact that there is a gap opened up by Celtic over them and their last performance was so poor. Dundee Utd will see this as a rare chance to get points from this fixture versus a shaky Rangers who they are currently above in the league after showing some good recent form and am taking them to get at least a point from this match.

⚽ TNT SPORTS/DISCOVERY+ ⚽ PREMIER LEAGUE ⚽ ⚽ SOUTHAMPTON v MAN UTD 12.30 PM The Saints have not got a point yet this season but could get lucky in this lunchtime fixture against a troubled and injury hit Man Utd who have all sorts of pressure on them and it could be a good time for the Saints to get off the mark. United still have sufficient quality in the team to be favourites but are taking a Saints win over an under pressure Reds team and increasing the pressure on Utd manager Ten Hag. SKY SPORTS ⚽ ASTON VILLA v EVERTON 5.30 PM The mid evening game takes on the other pointless team in the league and unfortunately I don’t think that is going to be changed at the end of this game. Everton just don’t carry a sufficient goal threat to hurt teams in my opinion and Villa are a formidable home side. Everton’s only chance is Villa might have their return to the champions league in midweek distracting them but I can’t see it and am taking a Villa win. ⚽ BOURNEMOUTH v CHELSEA 8 PM The late Saturday game could be a good one with Chelsea still trying to integrate all there new players into their team playing a good footballing side in Bournemouth who can give anyone a game at their place I think this could be a really attractive match and am taking Bournemouth to turn over a Chelsea side who still have problems on and off the field.
